The District bills a Minimum Annual Rate Per Acre charge, also called an acreage assessment, to all lands located within the District’s service area. The assessments are used to fund capital expenditures and certain fixed operating expenses. The current assessments rate is $88.60 per acre, which became effective on January 1, 2007.

If you represent a title company and you need to obtain the assessments due for a specific parcel, then please download the Request for Information form, complete the form, and mail the form and a $10.00 check to the District. Upon receipt of the form and the check, District staff will timely inform you of the assessments that are due and payable for the subject parcel.
